Case Deletion Action Changed:
-----------------------------
When a case is deleted, dependent records in related files are typically deleted.  Of the six related files, all are now automatically deleted with the exception of the photo file.  (In the case of the photo file the user is not allowed to delete the case until the photo is expressly deleted.  This is to protect the photo in case it is used on another case.)  In previous versions, any related party or letters were not automatically deleted, allowing for orphan records to remain in the database.

Letter Purge Utility Added:

Pursuant to the above item, a new procedure was added to the Utility menu that will purge any orphan letters (those that are not linked to a valid case).

Letter Token Added:
-------------------
In addition to the existing party name tokens of FullName and ShortName, a new token named ReverseName is now available.  This token may be used if a principal name is stored in LastName, FirstName format and has the Name Format box checked.  If it is used on a letter the name will be printed as FirstName LastName.  If a comma is not found or the Name Format box is not checked the name will be printed as stored in the principal record.

Installation:
-------------
This version may be installed over version 2.020 or later.  Files will be converted automatically when the program is first started.  This release requires the Pervasive SQL database.
