Problems with box 12 entries using multi-character codes ( e.g. DD ) have been fixed. In previous versions only the first character of the code was recognized 
which caused the total to be accumulated in the wrong category in the electronic submission file.

Conversion
----------

Pervasive MUST be installed before attempting to run version 4.210. 

Files will be automatically converted to version 4.210 on initial execution of PR
